The Catholic Diocese of Cleveland Foundation provides assistance to Diocesan Secretariats and their staff in obtaining major gift funding to support priority programs and projects of the Diocese. The Foundation assists Secretariats in developing grant proposals for corporate and community foundations, as well as individuals, for presentation to the donor community. Through a collaborative process, the Foundation seeks to coordinate and maximize Diocesan-wide fundraising opportunities. The Foundation offers a broad range of proposal development and grant management services with the goal of producing high-quality solicitations to the funding community. These services include: - Identifying and cultivating funding prospects
- Writing, editing and/or assembling proposals
- Managing grants
Diocesan owned and operated organizations, institutions, schools, offices and entities are encouraged to work with their respective Secretariats to ensure consistency in addressing priority needs. Secretariats and their staff are invited to submit requests for funding assistance by completing a Request for Fund Development Support Form. All funding assistance requests require Secretariat approval. Download Free Acrobat Reader
